In the early 80’s several metal / rock bands started to breakthrough and get into mainstream culture. Guns ‘n’ Roses, Metallica, Bon Jovi (?). Among their peers were Anvil, a Canuck metal band from Ontario. They rubbed shoulders with the future stars of rock, playing international festivals and had a very bright future…….but nothing happened.
